To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

For orders placed online, you can track your parcel using the Colissimo or Chronopost Express tracking number, which is sent to you by e-mail once your order has been processed.

For those made by telephone, we will ask you for an easy way to contact you (generally by e-mail or via messenger if we have already exchanged this together) in order to send you your tracking number.

Your orders with delivery are transported by the service you have chosen: Colissimo or Chronopost Express. Their delivery times are therefore indicative only and depend on them once the parcel has been taken in charge by their services.
