Terms and conditions of sale
Article 1 – Purpose
The present conditions govern sales by the company Couleurs d’Afrique of ready-to-wear clothing.
Article 2 – Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise indicated and exclusive of processing and shipping costs.
In the case of an order to a country other than Reunion Island, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. Couleurs d’Afrique is not responsible for these rights and sums. You will be responsible for all such costs, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to check with your local authorities.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
The company Couleurs d’Afrique reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.
Products remain the property of Couleurs d’Afrique until full payment has been received.
Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you.

By telephone at 0262435038 during store opening hours (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 8.30am to 5pm all day, Friday 8.30am to 1pm).
We process your orders as quickly as possible. Same day or next day. With the exception of made-to-measure garments and those requiring alterations at your request (e.g. hemming).
Article 4 – Returns
You have 10 working days from the date of purchase for an in-store purchase and from the date of receipt of your parcel for an online purchase to make your return. The refund or exchange will be made within 10 working days of receipt of your return.
Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping costs are at your expense. Couleurs d’Afrique reserves the right not to refund your order if the items are damaged and/or have already been worn.
